Currently lives on the West Bank with his family. He is the Executive Director of the Bridger-Teton Avalanche Center Foundation. Dwayne worked for the Teton Valley Ski Education Foundation 20+ years ago as a J5-J3 coach and worked for the JHSC Race Crew in Winter of 97/98. So it has been awhile.
