Alice joins us from the PNW where she was the assistant FIS coach at Mt. Bachelor and spent three years as the Head FIS/U16s Coach for Cooper Spur Alpine Team at Mt. Hood.  

She’ll be the first to tell you that she’s experienced many of the ups and downs that come with FIS levels of racing.  With those experiences she chose to pursue her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Oregon State University and soon plans to begin graduate level education in Sport Psychology.  Alice strongly believes that having a strong education in psychology has helped develop her coaching style into one that is focused more on that athlete and their well-being, not just their results.

Alice’s goal is to help create a well-rounded person and athlete that will continue to have a love for skiing and competition long after they are done ski racing.

When Alice isn’t on skis you can find her climbing, camping, hiking, and biking her way through the Alps and many mountain ranges across the United States.  She’s an avid climber and looks forward to climbing her way through the Tetons.  The Grand is already calling her name.
