Dani Larriu
Masters Head Coach and Assistant U14 Coach
Hi! I’m Dani Larriu, a 27-year-old ski coach originally from Spain. I grew up skiing throughout the Alps and Pyrenees, and after many years of competitive racing, I went on to compete collegiately at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana.
After graduating and having an incredible university experience, I decided to pursue coaching in the sport that has played such a meaningful role in my life.
For me, skiing has always been about much more than racing. I see it as a powerful opportunity for growth, learning, and personal development, regardless of someone’s age or background. My goal as a coach is to help athletes develop not only as skiers, but also as confident, resilient, and well-rounded individuals.
I also have a background in strength and conditioning, with years of experience training and coaching functional movement and holistic approaches to performance. This allows me to bring a broader perspective to coaching both on and off the slopes.
Outside of skiing, I’m passionate about spending time in nature, as well as yoga and meditation.
